What you'll do

• Build AI agent systems, multi-agent workflows, orchestration layers, and production infrastructure
• experiment with models and tools and turn effective approaches into production software
• design explainable financial reasoning systems
• build Python and React/TypeScript applications
• document decisions and maintain test coverage
• own distributed backend infrastructure and processing pipelines
• establish AI output validation, evaluation, hallucination detection, and compliance guardrails
• drive technical decisions across teams
• contribute to full-stack development.
