What you'll do

• Set inventory goals and break them down by site, business unit, and part number
• coordinate cross-site plans to optimize inventory turns and levels
• train site supply chain leads
• assess and mitigate supply chain continuity risks
• initiate and coordinate new supply chain models
• work with suppliers on hubbing models
• minimize and dispose of excess and obsolete inventory
• standardize processes and track adherence
• review and optimize supply chain parameters
• support digitalization
• investigate data and EDI issues with IT and suppliers
• coordinate data changes and initiatives
• manage and negotiate supplier contracts.
