Continuous Improvement Manager

What you'll do

• Execute the Hunter Douglas Lean Management System
• lead Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects
• drive standard-work adherence
• analyze plant processes and performance
• mentor associates in lean tools
• write, validate, update, and enforce standard work
• train, certify, and audit employees
• identify process, layout, and equipment improvements
• lead root-cause corrective measures and quality initiatives
• communicate across management, shifts, support groups, and divisions.
