Night Shift Caregiver

The Night Shift Caregiver role is onsite at Casita Senior Living locations in Rio Rancho, NM, and the Albuquerque area; employees are required to work at both locations. The shift runs 7:45 p.m. to 8:30 a.m., and weekend and holiday availability is required. Pay is $16.50–$20 per hour. Casita Senior Living provides personalized senior care in a warm, home-like setting. The caregiver supports residents overnight with personal care, medication assistance, meals, routine checks, and household tasks. The role helps maintain resident safety and comfort, follows care plans, documents status and incidents, and communicates changes to appropriate staff.

What you'll do

• Monitor and assist residents overnight
• provide bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
• respond to call lights
• administer medications as directed and document per care plans
• complete overnight checks and document status and incidents
• assist with repositioning and fall prevention
• report changes in condition
• maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Why this role
