What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain STERIS and competitor equipment
• prioritize preventive maintenance, service and warranty calls, installations, and field upgrades across the territory
• collaborate with Technical Support, Engineering, and Service Contract Management
• complete compliance documentation
• present repair options and pricing to customers
• support multiple sites within the assigned region.
