Learning Development Specialist — LMS Administration

The specialist administers Cornerstone LMS, supports and trains LMS administrators, and coordinates mandatory training and reporting. The role helps maintain learning systems and processes so employees and administrators can access training, update course content, and track completion and access rates.

What you'll do

• Serve as a level 2 Cornerstone LMS administrator
• review and update LMS administrator SOPs
• provide technical support to North America manufacturing plant and Health & Safety LMS administrators
• facilitate train-the-trainer sessions
• train administrators on Articulate Rise
• coordinate and track mandatory training
• analyze access rates and create completion and access-rate reporting processes
• support Badge Attendance App/Event Tracker activities.
