What you'll do

• Review and reconcile operational business expenses
• mentor and support operations and sales staff as needed
• manage office supply inventory within the assigned budget
• assist with hiring, process HR documentation, and maintain store files. Coordinate the Safety Committee, Product Quality issues, and Loss Prevention standards. Perform additional duties as assigned and work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
