Commercial Sales Consultant – Construction

The Commercial Sales Consultant – Construction role is field-based in the Central and Eastern Iowa region, with regular travel throughout the region. Compensation is based on experience; no numeric amount is specified. The role supports Coreslab Structures’ business development for precast concrete solutions. The consultant builds relationships and advances commercial construction opportunities from early design through bid award. The role coordinates with contractors, architects, engineers, and internal estimating teams to support project development, pricing, contract awards, and handoff to project management.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, architects, and engineers
• identify and pursue commercial construction opportunities
• support early-stage project development and design coordination
• partner with estimating teams on bids and pricing strategy
• track bid activity and pipeline reporting
• present precast solutions
• assist with securing contracts and transitioning awarded work
• maintain customer relationships through the project lifecycle.
