Let's Play Soccer’s mission is to unite people through soccer and acts of service. This role develops leadership skills for a path to General Manager while supporting daily facility operations, team development, revenue growth, and guest experiences. Working with the General Manager, the trainee helps keep the facility and its programs running effectively and prepares for potential promotion.

What you'll do

• Recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members with guidance from the General Manager
• assist with league registration, memberships, and local partnerships
• help manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, safety, and maintenance
• assist guests and resolve issues
• track development toward General Manager promotion.
