The Line Cook role is onsite in Mentor, OH. Compensation is $14–$16 per hour. The position supports the kitchen at Capsized Bar & Grill. What you'll do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
• follow portioning, cooking, and plating procedures
• manage multiple tickets
• complete prep
• maintain a stocked, clean station
• follow food storage, labeling, dating, and FIFO procedures
• check doneness and quality
• clean kitchen equipment and areas
• complete assigned opening and closing duties
• report food, equipment, prep, or inventory issues.
