Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Marshall, MO, with starting pay of $18 per hour. The position supports the upkeep and functionality of affordable housing properties managed by HRM Services. The technician inspects buildings and performs varied repairs and maintenance to help keep properties functional and consistent with health and safety standards. Work includes maintaining building systems and completing related grounds and janitorial tasks.

What you'll do

• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems
• maintain and install lighting, electrical, heating, and plumbing systems
• use electronic work orders
• inspect alarm systems and arrange repairs
• fix locks and replace windows
• perform painting, HVAC troubleshooting, janitorial work, inspections, landscaping, and snow removal.
