What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and consumer account openings
• handle customer calls and inquiries
• balance cash drawers and vault cash
• issue checks and money orders and provide other transactional services
• promote bank products and refer customers to appropriate departments
• process account documentation, holds, and stop payments
• maintain transaction records
• support daily reconciliation
• comply with bank policies and regulations.
