What you'll do

• Complete Medicare Advantage device trials and explain advanced pump options and out-of-pocket differences
• schedule and conduct demonstrations, take measurements, and ensure proper device fit
• educate patients and caregivers on device use, garment application, and prescribed protocols
• explain rental agreements and financial responsibility
• confirm appointments and prepare equipment
• coordinate orders and documentation with internal teams
• escalate patient needs
• travel extensively within the assigned territory for in-home visits.
