Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Process high-volume vendor invoices in an enterprise ERP
• handle two-way matched invoices and obtain approvals
• investigate three-way match exceptions
• coordinate with purchasing, receiving, operations, and vendors to resolve pricing, quantity, and receiving issues
• follow up on unvouchered invoices
• verify coding, approvals, and documentation
• reconcile vendor statements
• maintain vendor records and compliant electronic documentation.
