What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in person
• implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under BCBA/LBA supervision

• support communication, social, adaptive, and play skills
• collaborate with supervisors and other behavior technicians
• build rapport with clients and families
• follow clinical, ethical, and safety guidelines
• attend required training, meetings, and supervision.
