What you'll do

• Manage purchasing and inventory replenishment for assigned suppliers and product categories across multiple locations
• analyze inventory levels, usage, demand trends, and supplier lead times
• create and manage purchase orders
• monitor open orders and expedite materials
• maintain appropriate inventory while minimizing excess and obsolete stock
• adjust ERP replenishment controls
• maintain supplier relationships and monitor performance
• identify savings and alternative sourcing
• resolve discrepancies
• maintain purchasing and inventory data
• analyze reports and collaborate with sales, warehouse operations, and other departments.
