What you'll do

• Execute sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.
• Utilize digital tools and data-based insights to create opportunities and develop strategy & tactics.
• Allocate resources to enhance sales execution, monitor progress, and adjust direction to maximize sales performance.
• Deliver clear and compelling messages to customers, probe customer needs, handle objections, and close calls with a commitment to action.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Gather and validate key market trends and dynamics, map account linkages, and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities.
• Stay informed on reimbursement dynamics and effectively address payer access issues.
• Apply knowledge of the pharmaceutical and regulatory environment, adhering to Lundbeck policies and FDA regulations.

What we're looking for

Education

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.

Experience

2+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
