Production Assembler

Job overview

The Production Assembler role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, with pay of $16–$20 per hour. Multiple schedules are available, including shifts ranging from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.; specific availability may vary by department and position. The assembler builds mechanical and electronic components and assemblies while following production, safety, and quality requirements. The work supports manufacturing output through accurate assembly, identification of nonconforming materials, and progress toward workstation certifications.

What you'll do

• Operate manufacturing equipment and hand tools
• assemble mechanical and electronic components, assemblies, and kits
• follow safety procedures
• identify and organize nonconforming materials
• report safety, quality, or production concerns
• meet daily production goals. Higher-level assignments may include testing and calibration, training, and end-of-line inspections.
