Associate Store Manager

The Associate Store Manager role is onsite in Denver, CO. Compensation is $60,000–$75,000 per year. The role supports Thuma’s retail store operations for its modern furniture and home-goods brand. The manager oversees back-of-house operations and supports sales-floor leadership to maintain inventory accuracy, store standards, and a premium guest experience. As Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is absent, this person directs daily work, resolves escalated concerns, and partners on sales, operations, and staffing strategies.

What you'll do

• Manage inventory, replenishment, shipment processing, stock organization, and inventory accuracy
• lead opening and closing procedures, cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation
• identify operational opportunities and implement process improvements
• serve as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager’s absence
• direct, coach, develop, evaluate, and mentor associates
• resolve escalated guest and operational issues
• support store systems including Shopify, NetSuite, and Gladly
• participate in workforce planning, scheduling, and talent development
• partner with the Store Manager on sales, operational, and staffing strategies.
