What you'll do

• Oversee cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers in daily kitchen operations
• help plan and develop seasonal menus, dishes, and specials
• train and mentor team members
• check food taste, presentation, and portions
• manage inventory and ordering and reduce waste
• maintain food safety, sanitation, and equipment standards
• support hiring, scheduling, and performance management for the back-of-house team
• work with the Chef on weekly sales and budgets
• coordinate with front-of-house and support marketing events and community activities.
