What you'll do

• Attend weekly BNI meetings and monthly networking events
• canvass neighborhoods around appointments and while traveling between appointments
• enter self-generated leads into the CRM
• confirm company-lead appointments within four hours of assignment
• notify customers when running late
• research competitors and compare scopes of work before considering price reductions
• visit tear-offs to confirm scope and gain hands-on experience
• submit complete paperwork for sold jobs
• follow up with customers and thank referring customers
• update sold-job KPI reports
• attach supporting documentation to custom pricing estimates
• prepare daily task lists and research homes and customers before appointments
• maintain next steps for opportunities and involve the Sales Manager before losing an opportunity.
