The Registered Nurse (RN) Coordinator – IHSS role is primarily office-based in Colorado Springs, CO, with regular travel to client homes. The annual salary is $72,000–$87,000. NTSOC’s role supports in-home services for pediatric and adult clients. The coordinator organizes IHSS and agency-based services, assesses client needs, supports eligibility and service authorization, and maintains individualized care plans. The role also trains and supervises attendants, supports compliance, and provides clinical guidance to clients, families, and staff, including through a scheduled on-call hotline rotation.

What you'll do

• Coordinate IHSS and agency-based health maintenance, personal care, and homemaker services
• complete admissions, assessments, and documentation
• review client needs for eligibility and service authorization
• coordinate with case management
• develop and review care plans
• oversee service delivery
• train attendants and validate skills
• conduct and document onsite supervision
• respond to attendant questions
• cross-train and support clinical services as operational needs arise
• participate in scheduled on-call hotline rotation
• may manage a partial clinical nursing caseload.
