What you'll do

• Monitor cash flow and manage bank accounts, wires, and ACH processes
• administer client IOLTA trust accounts
• prepare journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and reconcile accounts
• process biweekly payroll and administer 401(k), PTO, and benefits
• coordinate monthly and annual closes and prepare reports
• ensure GAAP and tax compliance, including 1099s and Business Use Tax filings
• lead process improvements and system transitions.
