What you'll do

• Manage contract requests, milestones, purchase orders, and requisitions
• onboard vendors and coordinate IT/software security reviews
• process journal vouchers and financial transfers
• enter payroll for temporary staff and student workers
• manage check deposits and transfer allocations
• establish and evaluate event-budget tracking
• reconcile event underwriting and merchant platforms
• manage inter-unit transfers
• conduct financial compliance audits
• authorize and audit financial-platform access
• configure approval workflows and create budget and forecast templates.
