What you'll do

• Listen to customers and consult on service needs
• review repair estimates, pricing, and timelines
• follow up on customer requests, appointments, and quotes
• ensure technicians complete vehicle inspections promptly
• open and close the store
• manage technician hours, production, shop cleanliness, and equipment
• maintain inventory counts, purchase orders, returns, and core credits
• keep the showroom clean and tidy.
