Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative role is remote in the US, with the company’s headquarters in Miami, Florida. Compensation is up to $65,000 annually, plus variable pay and equity. Super Payments is launching its US business, and this is one of its founding US sales hires. The role builds the company’s mid-market and enterprise sales pipeline by researching target merchants, engaging senior decision-makers through outbound channels, and generating qualified meetings. The representative partners with Account Executives to understand merchant needs and develop early-stage opportunities.

What you'll do

• Manage and research target accounts
• map stakeholders and maintain CRM intelligence
• conduct outbound outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn
• run prospecting sequences
• partner with Account Executives
• generate 10–15 qualified merchant meetings per month
• develop opportunities for the mid-market and enterprise pipeline.
