What you'll do

• Provide phone and in-person user support for email, directories, Windows applications, and contract applications
• troubleshoot PC and printer issues
• identify and classify major IT incidents
• coordinate response teams
• facilitate troubleshooting conference bridges
• communicate status to stakeholders and government leadership
• track operational impact, root causes, and corrective actions.
