It contributes to patient care by helping ensure the facility remains clean and ready for daily operations.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate environmental services staff
• train and provide feedback
• inspect assigned areas and document deficiencies
• develop and maintain cleaning schedules
• oversee cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
• support compliance with healthcare regulations, infection-control protocols, and OSHA standards
• collaborate with nursing, facilities, and administration
• report incidents
• assist with departmental budget management.
