What you'll do

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process
• develop and execute hiring strategies for client groups across Missiles and Fire Control
• advise on talent needs, workforce planning, and hiring strategies
• work with management to understand role requirements
• build candidate networks and pipelines using tools, social media, databases, and other channels
• conduct prescreens and refer applicants to openings in compliance with requirements
• partner with HR on compensation, compliance, onboarding, and hiring processes
• support data-driven decisions, Agile teamwork, project management, training, and presentations.
