What you'll do

• Review web-based Emergency Rental Assistance applications
• validate documents
• calculate income, deductions, and assistance amounts
• contact applicants for missing documentation
• advise tenants and landlords on program requirements
• maintain confidential files and enter data in Yardi
• schedule briefings and intake appointments
• prepare status reports and participate in team meetings.
