Curriculum Specialist – Early Childhood Education

The Curriculum Specialist role is onsite in North Billerica, MA, with a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation is $22.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. The role supports classroom quality, curriculum implementation, and teacher development across The Learning Experience’s early childhood education program.

What you'll do

• Support implementation of the L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• work with teachers on lesson planning and daily learning activities
• model developmentally appropriate teaching
• provide classroom support and constructive feedback
• help create hands-on learning through art, music, movement, literacy, and sensory play
• support classroom organization and curriculum preparation
• observe practices and identify improvement opportunities
• assist with developmental documentation and assessments
• support onboarding and curriculum training
• collaborate with center leadership
• help align practices with Massachusetts EEC requirements
• and step into classrooms to teach when needed. Applicable Massachusetts EEC Teacher or Lead Teacher qualifications and professional experience in a licensed early childhood setting are required.
