The role maintains the school’s core systems, network, endpoints, security, backups, and audiovisual services so essential technology remains reliable and recoverable. It also provides advanced technical support, assists with disaster recovery readiness, and contributes to technology lifecycle planning and projects.

What you'll do

• Administer Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, backup and storage systems
• monitor availability, performance, and security
• maintain network infrastructure, firewalls, and endpoint security
• provision and manage faculty, staff, and student devices
• provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support and Help Desk escalation
• support classroom and event audiovisual systems
• maintain recovery procedures and technical documentation
• assist with technology planning and projects.
