What you'll do

• Lead a team of technical field mechanics
• interact with customers and help develop technicians
• assist with job quotes and project scheduling
• promote a safety culture
• troubleshoot and resolve primarily HVAC mechanical problems and some electrical and controls problems
• inspect, diagnose, service, and repair mechanical systems
• perform preventive maintenance including belt adjustments, oiling, greasing, and equipment cleaning.
