What you'll do

• Prepare pizzas to recipes and standards
• stretch, top, and bake pizzas
• manage multiple orders during busy service
• monitor oven temperatures and cooking times
• stock and prepare ingredients
• organize the workstation
• label, rotate, and store ingredients according to food safety standards
• complete opening, closing, and prep checklists
• maintain a clean kitchen
• and support the kitchen team during service.
