What you'll do

• Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews
• maintain schedules, budgets, and work plans
• communicate with clients
• ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
• monitor progress, conduct site visits, resolve issues, lead final walkthroughs, maintain project documentation, and oversee truck and tool maintenance as needed.
