Mall Kiosk Sales Lead

What you'll do

• Represent the brand at the kiosk
• track traffic, mall events, and customer trends
• initiate sales conversations and upsell
• sell cake and distribute samples and promotional materials
• educate customers about products, flavors, seasonal offerings, and promotions
• set up displays, tables, and supplies
• transport cakes and supplies as needed
• work independently or with bakery staff and kiosk partners
• address kiosk challenges.
