What you'll do

• Diagnose and manage physical disabilities and conditions, including musculoskeletal issues, chronic pain, and neurological disorders from work-related injuries
• assess medical histories, examinations, and x-rays
• develop individualized treatment plans that may include therapy, exercises, medications, injections, and nonsurgical interventions
• collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• monitor progress and adjust plans
• educate patients about conditions, prevention, and rehabilitation
• and complete timely, accurate electronic medical records.
