Contract Recruiter, Full-Cycle and High-Volume Hiring

Job overview

The Contract Recruiter role is onsite in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, with hours of 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation is $34–$35 per hour. The assignment is a two-month contract with possible extension. The recruiter supports talent acquisition strategies, primarily recruiting non-exempt positions across assigned business lines. The role builds candidate pipelines, manages recruiting workflows, and partners with hiring managers and HR colleagues to meet hiring plans and provide a positive candidate experience.

What you'll do

• Recruit primarily for non-exempt positions
• source candidates and build pipelines
• manage candidate information in the ATS
• create and post job descriptions and promote openings on social media
• screen and interview candidates
• collaborate on onboarding
• partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
• adapt recruiting strategies to changing priorities
• maintain candidate relationships
• track metrics and identify process improvements
• monitor labor-market trends and contribute to employer branding.
