What you'll do

• Perform due diligence for and negotiate corporate mergers, acquisitions, and finance transactions.
• Serve as a legal expert for securities laws and regulatory compliance.
• Address corporate governance matters and interact with the Board of Directors.
• Provide legal advice on employment law, intellectual property, or litigation.
• Manage case files and legal issues.
