Customer Service Representative — Medical Documentation

What you'll do

• Create prescriptions based on identified product needs and send them to physicians for approval
• follow up to obtain prescriptions
• refer off-contract requests to Prior Authorization
• verify prescriptions against insurance requirements
• set up products for shipment when documentation is complete
• record relevant information
• complete training
• escalate unusual client issues
• assist with projects and submit reports as requested.
