Billing Membership Analyst

The Billing Membership Analyst role is onsite in Akron, OH, with compensation not specified. The analyst processes and reconciles transactions, investigates rejected files and discrepancies, performs quality-control audits, responds to member and provider inquiries, and maintains compliant procedures and records. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with no weekends.

What you'll do

• Process, implement, and reconcile enrollment, eligibility, and billing transactions
• review enrollment files and resolve system errors and rejected transactions
• investigate rejections from clients, FFM, and other vendors
• audit and reconcile enrollment files
• analyze data for discrepancies and compliance risks
• research applicable regulations
• respond to member, provider, employer, and broker inquiries
• handle and document support-line calls
• conduct outreach to verify enrollment information
• assist with correspondence and document management
• maintain procedures and confidentiality.
