Children’s Activity Leader, Soccer-Based Programs

The Children’s Activity Leader role is onsite in Schaumburg, IL. Compensation is $25–$30 per hour. Soccer Shots is a children’s enrichment program focused on confidence, character, and fundamental soccer skills. The leader runs structured, age-appropriate soccer-based activities for children ages 2–8. The role uses the program curriculum to encourage participation, movement, teamwork, and character development in a safe and supportive setting.

What you'll do

• Lead soccer-based activity sessions for groups of up to 12 children
• follow the weekly curriculum
• encourage and support children
• arrive early to prepare equipment and the field
• manage class rosters and equipment
• attend team meetings and training
• provide brief post-session feedback.
