Clinical Liaison

The Clinical Liaison role is an onsite position in Needham, MA. Pay is $30–$60 per hour. Supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services, the role connects hospitals, healthcare partners, and the organization to support patient-centered care and smooth transitions. The liaison builds professional relationships with healthcare partners, coordinates referral information, and communicates resident needs across care settings. The work helps admissions and interdisciplinary teams maintain accurate information and collaborate on transitions of care.

What you'll do

• Build relationships with medical professionals, hospitals, and healthcare organizations
• represent the organization’s care philosophy and objectives
• participate in facility meetings, calls, and in-services
• maintain referral-tracking logs
• prepare end-of-day reports
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care transitions and communicate resident needs.
