What you'll do

• Inspect assigned areas and perform routine maintenance
• assist with custodial duties and scheduled building and maintenance checklists
• report major maintenance needs and recommend corrective action
• follow safety policies
• keep work areas, equipment, and tools clean and orderly
• perform other duties and cross-training as assigned.
