Assistant Store Manager

The Assistant Store Manager role is onsite at the Covina, CA store. Compensation is $20 per hour. The assistant manager partners with the Store Manager on daily operations and oversees store operations in the manager’s absence. The role supports staff development, customer and donor service, inventory and processing goals, cash controls, safety, and loss prevention.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Store Manager on daily operations
• oversee store operations in the manager’s absence
• coach, train, and develop employees
• maintain customer, donor, and community relations and resolve complaints
• maintain merchandising standards and inventory
• support back-room processing goals
• safeguard cash and manage banking according to policy
• maintain safety measures and implement loss prevention.
