The role leads the analysis, design, revision, and development of Operational Contract Support training products for the Total Force. It manages curriculum and annual training deliverables, applying Army training standards and maintaining training data to support the program’s instructional and operational requirements. The position is contingent upon contract award and requires an active Secret clearance.

What you'll do

• Review OCS tasks, products, doctrine, and policy and prepare recommendations
• plan and oversee the annual Critical Task and Site Selection Board
• conduct annual task analyses and develop schedules and memorandums
• design and modernize individual and collective training products, including interactive media and distance learning
• review Army Logistics University OCS course products
• maintain training data using TD2 and TRIMIS.
