What you'll do

• Prepare tax returns and provide tax advice, calculations, and TurboTax software or product support for customers.
• Conduct tax discovery sessions and reviews to identify deductions, reduce tax liabilities, and support refund maximization and future tax planning.
• Address customer inquiries, build long-term client relationships, and participate in local outreach and marketing.
