The lead integrates operational and technical coordination for Targets Systems Engineering. The role manages executive engineering rhythms, tasker operations, program documentation, and cross-directorate communications to support leadership decisions and program execution.

What you'll do

• Manage weekly division staff meeting preparation and logistics
• coordinate and submit executive updates on requirements baselines, schedule changes, and technical accomplishments
• aggregate programmatic and technical status briefings
• track major technical milestone reviews and deliver executive summaries
• serve as primary action officer in ETMS2 and drive tasker closure
• route classified and unclassified inputs in accordance with handling guidelines
• coordinate media engagement and public release packages
• lead annual historical summary collection and coordinate FFRDC data calls
• integrate the annual DT Targets CARD update and shepherd packages through executive sign-off
• manage biennial PESHE updates
• oversee review, comment adjudication, routing, and publishing of program documentation
• maintain configuration-controlled archives.
