Direct Counsel is recruiting for a corporate and private equity practice. The attorney supports transactional deal teams by drafting and negotiating documents, coordinating due diligence and workstreams, and taking ownership of transaction matters from structuring through signing and closing.

What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors and other financial investors in leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions, divestitures, growth investments, strategic joint ventures, and corporate matters
• draft and negotiate acquisition, equity, investment, and other transaction documents
• coordinate due diligence and workstreams
• prepare client-ready documents
• manage key transaction aspects through signing and closing.
