What you'll do

• Inspect and test returned instruments, audio equipment, and accessories for damage, missing components, functionality, and resale condition
• document findings with notes and photos and update inventory records
• process returns for restocking, vendor return, or disposal
• organize, label, store, and track returned inventory
• coordinate with customer engagement, warehouse, and shipping teams
• flag discrepancies, unusual conditions, and suspected fraudulent returns
• identify recurring defects, damage, and missing-item issues.
